What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Shipping within the United kingdom - Parcel force 1-3 working days.
Shipping within the EU - DHL 2-5 working days.
International (outside the EU) - DHL 2-5 working days.
How do I place an Order?
Browse the website and follow the checkout procedure, if any items we have on our website are no longer available in your size, please drop us an email - info@affluentattire.co.uk & a member of our personal shopping team will assist with your enquiry.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept most electronic forms of payments, all major credit / debit cards, PayPal goods and service & bank transfer.
We also offer alternative payment plan options via Klara / Zip pay.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We ship internationally with DHL using a fully tracked & insured service. We aim to deliver your item within 2-5 working days.
Please note international customers may be subject to local import charges / duties. Our prices exclude these fees and this is the customers responsibility.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
The fees associated with returning your item to us are solely the customers responsibility. We advise using a tracked & insured service to ensure the items make it back to us.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancelling an order will require the customer to pay a 5% cancelation fee.
If a size change is required we can arrange this free of charge.
To avoid paying the fee we can offer the customer an exchange / store credit.
